GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The General Terms and Conditions as follows are intended to supplement paragraphs 651
of the German civil code and govern the contractual relationship between the client
and ourselves. In any cause of doubt the German General Terms and Conditions of Travel
is the one valid for both parties.
Change of Services and Prices
Services contractually agreed upon are detailed in the offer and information
enclosed with the confirmation of services.
Nevertheless, we reserve the right to change our offer before
the contract is finalized, for unforseen reasons and of which you
will be notified properly before reservation is confirmed.
Changes which will become necessary after conclusion of contract
and which were not caused by ourselves in breach of good faith,
shall be permissible provided the changes do not effect the overall travel
scope and that you will be informed without delay of any necessary changes.
In some cases, you will be offered a chance to rebook and/or withdraw from
the contract at no extra charge.
Rebooking, Substitute Persons Withdrawal from Contract by Customer
The level of compensation in case of your withdrawal of contract will
be as provided in the terms of cancellation and rebooking set hereunder,
additionally to a process fee of EUR 35. -, which will also be charged for any changes
in confirmed bookings, substitute of persons, change of dates, etc.
However we reserve the right to object to such changes and/or substitute person.
Should a substitute person enter into the contract, you and the substitute person will
be jointly and severally be liable for the purchased services and for any additional
cost arising from each substitution.
Booking Procedure, Payment Terms & Cancellation Fees
In order to make a booking a deposit of EUR 250.- per person
in required to be made immediately when placing the reservation.
The final payment must be made 30 days prior to check-in date.
Should payment not be made as above and should you wish to cancel,
cancellation charges will follow automatically as a result.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
* up to 45 days prior to arrival 10% of the total reservation amount
the total reservation amount from 44 days prior to arrival 30% of *
* from 21 days prior to arrival 50% of the total reservation amount
of the total reservation amount from 7 days prior to arrival 90% *
of the total reservation amount 48 hours prior to arrival 100% *
No refund for non-show (failing to arrive at the booked accommodation) or early departure.
You should pay special attention to booking that may have different terms and conditions.
Also please pay attention that our prices do not include any kind of travel
cancellations insurance (RRV in Germany) or any other kind of insurance.
We advise you to purchase special travel insurance as per your insurance specialist advice.
When checking-in, the private accommodation provider may
charge you an amount as caution money for any damage arising from the replacement of lost keys.
When booking only one night in private accommodation, an additional
charge of EUR 10-20 will be charged, depending on the type of accommodation
and number of persons. This is in addition to the EUR 35 process fee.
Check-in at hotel will require a valid credit card for any extras above the booked services.
Limitation of Liability
We will be responsible to make the accommodation booking
and/or any other services rendered, conscientiously, selecting
our service providers carefully and rendering the contractual services professionally,
all within the framework of due diligences taken by any business firm.
We cannot be held liable for claims made in brochures of hotels,
tourist offices and/or any other service providers or authorities.
Nor can we be held liable for non-performance of third party service providers.
Should accommodation and/or any other service booked, be not rendered according
to contract, you have the right to demand redress.
To obtain this you are obliged to do everything reasonable to minimize
the damage in such a manner that you contribute to the fault being remedied
and actually to avoid damage completely.
You have to make your complaint without delay by contacting us immediately by e-mail.
We may offer, but not necessarily to make redress, by offering
an equivalent service as replacement.
Accommodation as offered by us is in our possession.
However if after contractual booking has been made, hotel
or any other service provider has made an overbooking and informed us accordingly,
we shall immediately inform you and offer you similar accommodation,
then we shall not be liable for claims and you shall accept such replacement
accommodation, with no additional cost for you.
Exclusion of Claims
Claims on account of non-contractual service performance can be submitted
to us up to one month after the check-out or end or services date.
Any such claim must be made in writing.
